Usually, the default pregnancy time in the game is 3 days, but with the Longer/Shorter Pregnancy you can control how long it should be. With Sims 4 Longer pregnancy you can choose up to a 7-week trimester that is 147 days and is the longest that you can make the pregnancy of a sim last.

If we’re talking about the lowest time then it is just 1 day after your sim gets pregnant. Though the game cannot handle the longest or the shortest times. Although a few bugs are evident in this mod, one that makes it clash with other mods like pregnancy Mega Mod, Wicked Whims, McCommandCenter, and Pregnancy overhaul, try to keep this one in your back pocket.

Labor Puddles

Now, this is a little weird mod, but it is a real part of pregnancy. So if you want every aspect of your sims pregnancy to be exact then you should also install this Labor Puddles mod. It shows a puddle of water near the pregnant sim which indicates that their water is broken, and is about to go into labor.  

These water puddles appear for any sims who are pregnant, that includes men and even pets in your house. While it is still a little weird, it is a realistic depiction of a pregnant sim.

Miscarriage Chance & Abortion Mod

This is a little dark-themed mod for your sim in Sims 4, but it still is something that happens to many in the real world. So make sure that you are ok with this before you try this mod. Your sim will feel cramps and pains during the pregnancy and have to visit the hospital for a check-up. The outcome of the visit will not always be good news. 

Risky Woohoo

While most of the time, you understand that the sim will get pregnant, but what if they don’t. It’s risky and thrilling, so whenever you have “woohoo” there is a chance that your sim can get pregnant. It’s more random and fun with this Risky Woohoo mod.

Pregnancy Overhaul

This mod lets you control the physical appearance of your pregnant sim, allowing players to change a pregnant sim’s belly size. It also lets the sim do various stuff like go out shopping or for a swim, do push-ups, go for bowling or dance et cetera, which are generally not possible otherwise. 

No Gender Chance
